Sure enough, Dr.Bob said that a number of times, and his words can be found in A.A.'s own DR BOB and the Good Oldtimers. And then began my 19 year quest to unearth and report the facts. The main ones can be found in my book The Good Book and The Big Book: A.A.'s Roots in the Bible These facts made a great difference in how I viewed recovery and the power of God.
